St John's church is located towards the south end of Clarence Street, a cul-de-sac, on its north-east side. It was built in 1908-9 to designs of architect E.M.Bruce Vaughan. It comprises aisless nave and gabled south porch, and an Arts and Crafts west bellcote. A reduced chancel was built in 1961. Stained glass includes works by A.J.Davies of the Bromsgrove Guild (c.1932).
