Nos. 4-9 East Parade, part of a row of boarding houses, have been amalgamated into the Ormescliffe Hotel. Nos 4-8 form part of a terrace of eight boarding houses built after 1884 and depicted on the first edition OS Town Plan of 1889 (NPRN 26421-2). No. 9 is one of a row of six boarding houses first depicted on OS County series 2nd edition (Caernarvon. II.13/V.1 1900).
