i] Group of 4 houses. The South East house is late 17th Century. Was originally 1 storey. Roof raised and upper floor inserted in 18th Century.

ii] Mention of Pen-y-Clogwyn, Treflys, in the Caernarvonshire Inventory Vol. 2, as an early 18th century crog-lofft cottage which has been subsequently modernised.
