Description
The house, which was associated with a branch of the Wynne family in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, was originally a single-storey block which may date from the seventeenth century, although the roof and half-dormers are no older than the eighteenth century. In the late-eighteenth century, a three-storey block was added on the north east and another addition to the south-west gable end is much more recent. The interior has been modernised, obscuring the older features, and all of the chimney stacks and the windows on the south west are modern, although some original square windows do survive on the north east.
