The Penrhys Estate consisted of 951 homes and was built between 1966-69 to the designs of Alex Robertson, Peter Francis & Partners. Many of these homes were demolished in the 1990s, leaving around 300 refurbished and re-clad properties, owned by RCT Homes (Travllis).
