Farmstead of medieval origin with a lobby-entry house with evidence of conversion from a cruck-framed hallhouse (NPRN 81186), a cruck-framed barn (NPRN 97623) of 5 bays SE. of the house which forms an L-shaped range with a timber-framed cowhouse (NPRN 97624) of c. 1800. The yard is closed on the E. side by a brick-built stable and cowhouse range with pigsties (NPRN 97625). A double carthouse and granary (NPRN 97626) stands behind the barn. (RFS/2001)
