DescriptionThe building is built into the southeast corner of a sheepfold within a larger complex or agricultural activity or earlier settlement. The rectangular building was a hut associated with the adjacent sheepfold and built along contour. The walls lack mortar and are built from stone and are left plain internally. They are 1.5m thick and not built on orthostats. There is no hearth. The doorway is in end of short wall. The eaves where they survive are 1m high. The building measures internally 3m by 2m. One of three shepherd shelters built into the southwest corner of a circular sheepfold. Smaller circular examples,. The entrance, partially collapsed, is 1m wide and is positioned to the north, into the circular sheepfold, or domestic enclosure. . The ground cover was bracken at the time of survey. B.
