DescriptionThe building is along the western edge of a large enclosure 80m x 80m with a smaller building in the southeast corner and a forestry commission track running north-south to the east. The square building was a barn associated with the adjacent other buildings and built on level ground. The walls are mortared with lime and are built from stone and are left plain internally and faced externally with rough stone. They are 1m thick and not built on orthostats. There is no hearth. The doorway is in end of short wall. The eaves where they survive are 4m high. The building measures internally 5m by 5m. Barn in western edge of large field enclosure with windows on the north wall and evidence of a second storey and wooden floor for storage. The ground cover was grass at the time of survey. B.
