DescriptionWhen archaeological work was carried out in 1987, in advance of the Nelson Nantgarw pipeline, a stone-walled field system identified here within the northwest angle of Senghenydd Dyke, with part of the walling built on the dyke. This is probably the drystone wall that defines the boundary between the enclosed and unenclosed land and stills stands to full height.
