The main farmhouse is 2 storey built in 1776, with a later small single storey cottage attached to the S end. The house stands isolated facing farm buildings across a narrow yard. It is the only known example of an estate building carried out by the Mostyn estate on the old Pant Glas estate and is thus of some historic importance for comparison purposes in dating other farmhouses. As well as the main dwelling there are two other possibly contemporary ranges of buildings containing the usual range of offices including cow house, pigsties loose box and servants' quarters.
