2. Reputed site of Roman fort [see nprn 405874], in advantageous position overlooking Menai Strait. Nothing so far recorded from aerial photography.

3. The garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Anglesey XXII, sheet 15 (1900). Its main elements on that map include include terrace, greenhouse and kitchen garden.
