Part of:
Roman road W of Wroxter (Nprn304930: RR64).
Roman road running W of Caersws (Nprn92468), a c.6.6km stretch of road is known from intermittent earthworks & cropmarks, articulated by portions perpetuated by current roads.
A section of the road was exposed close to the Carno in 1998 (Walker et al. 2000: AW40, 9-13).
Possible Roman kilns (Nprn305928) & an enclosure/fortlet (Nprn304928) lie close to the lie of the road, with a possible marching camp across the Trannon to the S (Nprn309555).
