Building described as a dwelling in 1842 opposite the weigh house, shown on a sketch by Richard Colt Hoare of Garnddyrys Forge in 1820 and shown as L-shaped on 1886 OS. It survives as demolition rubble grassed over, covering an area approximately 6x4m.
