DescriptionProbably eighteenth century, two storeys, walls of roughly squared and coursed stone under a tiled roof, two brick stacks, heavy hewn ceiling timbers. The house and surrounding fields were used in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries for the distilling of lavender water for which Ruthin was well known.
