Description1. Platform 6m x 13m. (Clwyd-Powys Archaeological Trust 1995).
2. Earth platform to the south of building (PRN 26601) with its level c0.5 above that of the surrounding ground. Originally this was interpreted as being part of the same house platform suggesting that it could have supported an earlier building set at 90 degrees to that visible today. An alternative explanation, perhaps more likely following a re-assessment of the field evidence, is that this is a 2nd platform orientated parallel with the main one, possibly for an ancillary timber constructed structure. There are no signs of a building on this platform (Cadw, 1998).
Scheduled 27/5/99.
3. Subsidiary platform running parallel with the main platform at the Gwern Wynodl farmstead/haofd site.
