Seven large stones, some roughly edge-set, situated on level area immediately N of an old coach road overlooking the Alwen valley to the E. The stones do not form a circle, but rather an oval aligned NW/SE. Noticable gap to S and smaller gap to N. Stones range between 1.2m by 0.4m by 0.5m to 0.7m by 0.5m by 0.2m. Originally recorded as a kerb circle but perhaps not a true stone circle. Certainly a deliberate setting of stones which may be prehistoric. Now a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
