Description
These 2-srorey cottages were builtin 1856, by the Leighton Estate, as worker's housing . There are three buildings, two are semis and the third larger one has a central gabled projection and has three houses.
They are well built in brick with sand stone dressings to openings and bull nose to corners. Each house has its own stone boundary wall to garden. The front garden walls incorporate a doorway to each property with a flat stone arch, chamfered sand stone jambs and iron railings to wall.
