NAR SS58NW21

A crescentic mound is located on a gently sloping shelf on the N side of Cefn Bryn. It measures 16m (NE-SW) by 13m and 1m high on the W. Open on the NW, it faces a minor stream, now peat-clogged. It is turf-covered and overgrown with gorse and bracken. Probing indicates a gravel texture typical of such mounds.

A smaller mound lies on the opposite side of the stream (300048) and a ring feature adjacent to it on the E (300049).
