A presently triangular enclosure c.216m NW-SW, 162m NNW-SSE and 248m E-W, having sea-cliffs on the S, steep slopes above the Afon Col-huw on the NW and level ground to the E.
The enclosure is defined by triple ramparts and ditches facing NE & NW, whilst the entrance at the N angle is thought to be recent, indicating that the original has been lost to the sea.
The site has produced l.3rd c. Roman coins.
