The W end of the group is partly enclosed by a discontinuous stony bank which can be traced from SN97070968 to SN96700969 on the E in the vicinity of the current modern enclosure limit. The bank is of variable width, 1.2m-2.5m and 0.2m-0.3m high, ditched at its W extent. The area enclosed is some 300m (E-W) by 80m, open to the N. A curvilinear bank c.85m long, 1m wide and 0.2m high lies just E of the enclosure, not apparently linked to it.
