2. The 2-storey, main south-east elevation range has differing stonework and coursing to each part, but has common yellow brick quoin jambs with semi-circular arches. The roofs are hipped at the ends and the eaves have paired brackets. The first-floor rear north-west part retains an axle supported over the tie-beams for driving former woollen machinery, now removed. Primarily the domestic accommodation has sash windows with casements to woollen mill part.
