Boiling mound SW of Carmarnaint at a height of 290m above sea level. 12m in diameter on the E bank of a small stream. The central depressioin is 15ft diameter and is open to the SW. The distance between the horns of the crescent being 13ft. A large line of boulders, apparently an old field wall, curves round the base of the mound on the N and E.
