DescriptionNAR SN68NW4
An enclosure set uopn & about the summit of an isolated hilltop knoll: the enclosure, 140m north-east to south-west by 40m, tapering to the south-west, is defined by a single bank on the north-east, having a possible entrance on the north of this facade, elsewhere defined by scarps, on the north-east the interior is cut back, producing a distinctive terraced feature; the interior is generally irregular, being the summit of a natural, sharp knoll, with relatively level ground restricted to the north-eastern part.
An additional bank noted on the north appears to be associated with mining/quarrying features.
