Site discovered in digging for stones, 1904: possible ring cairn; a circle of stones, c.19m in diameter, 2.0m wide & up to 1.0m high, enclosing an 'elevated saucer of rough ground', containing three stone cists: two urns, two pygmy cups & sherds of beaker ware, were recovered from the site.
