A stone-built L-plan range of farm buildings, formerly barns & cow shed, associated with 19th century farmhouse (Nprn307625): the north-south range abuts onto, & is therefore later than the east-west range, which itself abuts an earlier building (Nprn308822) on west: not depicted on Tithe map of 1843, but appears on OS County series (Cardigan. XXXIV.10 1888): converted to a private residence from 1985, when a shed housing a saw mill and pit abutting the east wall was removed.
