A "T" shaped building, with a W wing, 12m ENE-SWS by 6.5m, crossing an ESE-WNW block, 9.0m by 5.5m. Much ruined (1963), with pointed headed doorways and perpendicular windows indicating a 15th c. date.
The water from the holy well (Ffynnon Fair Nprn32274) is chanelled to a cistern in the S projection of the chapel.
