Description

St Peter's Old Church, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd, is a ruinous old parish church that was abandoned in 1863, when it was replaced by the present church (NPRN 302793). It  features in of the parks and gardens of Llanbedr Hall (NPRN 266364). The fabric is thought to be originally thirteenth century, the church being first mentioned in 1254, and it was remodled in the 15th century. An inscription in Welsh (no details) was noted in Archaeologia Cambrensis 1906, 150
