A two-storey, stone built, slate-roofed house, abutting Pontfaen Cottage (Nprn305954), built after 1843: the main, east-facing facade has a central door, framed by four large sash windows: examination of the N wall shows that the rear portion of the house is a later addition, although already depicted on OS County series (Cardigan. XXXIV.10 1888).
