The two enclosures at Baron Hill (Nprn's302253 & 308039) lie at the NE & NW edges of an area of terracing, extending over an area, c.366m NW-SE by 274m. Three terraces follow the contours, c.98m apart, standing up to 1.2m high (in 1972).
The two enclosures, and the circular structure, lying between them (Nprn302255), may be associated.
