DescriptionA stone-built, currently tin-roofed building, about 4.7m north-south by 4.6m, of two storeys, having a large hearth on the lower floor, the upper being reached by an external stone stair, set against the south wall, abutted on the east by Pontfaen Court (Nprn305955): the building is probably that depicted in this position on the 1843 tithe map of Cellan: there was formerly a small yard, about 5.0m square, possibly a pigsty, at the rear of this building, shown on OS County series (Cardigan. XXXIV.10 1888) - the external stair is first depicted on the 2nd ed. (1905).
