An earlier nineteenth century warehouse built upon the inner end of the lower step of the pier of 1835 (NPRN 34178) at Newquay Harbour (NPRN 34181).
This is a four storey building of stone rubble with a three bay facade facing south across the harbour with a central entrance on the lowest level.
