Description
The south range of the service yard at Cefnamwlch is late-seventeenth-early with later nineteenth century additions at either end. It has rubble stone walls and slate gabled roofs throughout. The central block is a low single storey building. Its western part is a stable, with a bake-house, signalled by a massive chimney stack, and brewhouse, to the east. Two storey blocks have been added at either end. On the west is a one and a half storey cottage, its upper windows under low cross gables. On the east is a two storey building identified as a laundry house (NPRN 31356).
