The south outbuilding range, facing north across the farmyard, dates from the early nineteenth century. It is built of granite rubblestone with a slated gabled roof on kingpost trusses, and comprises a cowhouse with a cobbled floor and stalls partitioned by timber; then to the west a cartshet with double doors and a loft over. A brewhouse with a brick stack has been added to the west end, and there are pigsties at the rear.
