Description
Ffynnon Faeddog may possibly be associated with St. Maedog (the Welsh name for St. Aidan). The spring is recorded on historic and modern Ordnance Survey mapping, although a report from 1966 says that road widening has probably drained the well, leaving no trace except for a vague, dry hollow.
