[Additional:] A cruck-framed hall-house with a two-bay open hall having a central archbraced truss. A reconstruction drawing has been published by RCAHMW in Houses of the Welsh Countryside, fig. 17. Tree-ring dating suggests that houses of this type were built after 1450 with the majority dating from the early to mid-Tudor period, broadly 1475-1550. (RFS/2005)
