3. "The mill is derelict and partly ruinous . It had two storeys and an attic, with its roof-ridge lying north to south, and an internal wheel on the south wall, overshot and about 16ft. (4.87m) diameter and 5ft. (1.52m) wide. Most of the machinery has gone, but parts of the floors remain and the stone floor has two sets of French burr stones."
