Description
One of a range of four Georgian houses. Two storeys and an attic, with external walls of joint-lined roughcast, and slate mansard roof incorporating five flat head dormers. The windows are 12-pane sashes in reveals, one blind or blocked on the first floor, the dormers being 6-pane casements. There is a moulded eaves cornice, and corniced rear brick stacks.
A forecourt has wrought iron railings with mostly spear finials, some urns, and scrolled supports and gates.
