Description
Late 18th or early 19th century building, possibly built as part of two pairs since No. 26 and 28 have their doorways on the outside and No. 30 & 32 have theirs on the inside. Now the presyberty of St Marys Catholic Church, and may always have been, appearing to be shown as such on the Wood map of 1835.

Built of brick with exterior pebble-dashing and a welsh slate roof. It is three storey, double depth with 12-pane sash windows which have keystines and voussoirs. The door has a fan transome and a flat hood supported on brackets. the rear elevation again has 12-pane windows.

Simple late Georgian detailing is said to remain inside.
