Three Cocks was the junction station on the Cambrian Railways (Mid Wales Railway) line where the Midland Railway (Hereford, Hay and Brecon Branch) line from Hereford joined; it lay between Talyllyn Junction (nprn 407762) and Penpontbren Junction (nprn 301485). All lines have been closed and dismantled and the former station site is in use as a gas depot.
