Description1. Demolished flannel weaving mill.
2. The 1st and 2nd editions of the historic 25-inch O. S. maps, published in 1889 and 1904 respectively, and 1:500 town plan published in 1888 depict a woollen manufactory at this location. The building's eastern gable rose directly on the west bank of the Afon Honddu, and there was a weir across the river some 15 metres upstream; but there is no other map evidence that the factory was water-powered.
