The farmstead at Maes Eglwys comprises a farmhouse of seventeenth-century origin described in 1983 by Harry Brooksby (RCAHMW) as being in a ruinous condition, a bake-house and byre lie to the south of this farmhouse. The present day farmstead has been much modernized ad a new farmhouse lies to the south-west.
