Description1. Two buildings remain,, smaller (SW) building has rubble masonry walls and slate roof, with a wheelpit against SE gable, The larger NE building is ruinous, walls stand approx 2.5m high, this building had an overshot wheel against SE gable, fed from a leat carried on masonry piers along valley from a waterfall higher upstream.
2. Two rectangular buildings, set on the north bank of the Afon Aran, each with a waterwheel on the south east wall, shown as operational on the 1889 25" map. It would appear from the map that waste water from the wheel of the larger east building supplied the wheel of the west building.
