Upper Mill Factory is a former flannel mill recorded on the 1886 first edition twenty-five inch to the mile Ordnance Survey map as Upper Mill Factory (flannel) but shown as disused on the 1902 second edition map. A reduced footprint for the building is shown on OS MasterMap digital mapping for 2008 with the name'Tr Hen Ffatri' and the presence of a new trackway suggests the mill may have been converted to a domestic house.
