A road sign, on the north side of the A44 trunk road some 750m east of its junction with the A483 at Crossgates, showing the distance (2 1/2 miles) to Llandegley International Airport, Terminals 1 and 3. Originally erected in 2002, the sign was removed in November 2009 but a public outcry led to its reinstatement in 2010. The sign was replaced by a different version by 24 April 2012.
