Segment of Roman road, which runs from SN96205391 (continuing on from the Pen-rhiw-dalar Roman road segment, NPRN: 405639), north-east for 0.33 mile before turning at SN96615417 (Esgairgoch), to run east for approx. 1 mile to the Chwerfri river, passing just south of Sarn Helen and 300m south of Maesygroes Isaf. The road is part of the RR 623 (NPRN: 400954) route between Beulah and Castell Collen.
