Description
Sunnyside was constructed in the twentieth century. It is a two-storey house of three bays facing northwest with a single-storey garage to the northeast, with red-brick foundations and chimneys and rendered between. It has a tall gable to the north-easternmost bay, which has recessed sides. To the right of this is a circular ground-floor stained-glass window in the central bay and porch at the northwest corner enclosed with an arcade of segmental arches. Above are two dormer windows with segmental roofs. There are casement windows with lozenge-shaped lights throughout.
