A network of channels and wooden sluices, long out of use, which once controlled the water supply to the Turning Mill (NPRN 41644) on the E side of the main road. There is a large sluiced channel leading off the Afon Gamlan which runs for 25m to a pair of sluice gates. There is also a small leat from a small reservoir also leading into this channel.
