A stone lined reservoir or pool about 22m x 12m that supplied water to the main Cefn coch mill 185m WNW via a rock cut channel or leat. neatly built and about 1.5m deep with a stone stepped overflow. The pool itself is fed by a channel 50m long connecting to the Nant Las stream just tot he W of the site.
