Description
1. Bishop's Quarry lies on the southern part of the Great Orme. Two faces of the quarry have been worked, exposing the Bishop's Quarry Limestone, which is rich in fossils. The Great Orme is a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and an SSSI and is a Regionally Important Geological Site.

Photographed during aerial reconnaissance by RCAHMW on 24th July 2008.

2. The hillside above the quarry is notable for its modern large-scale graffiti made from limestone, including a large cross and countless names and messages, best recorded from the air.
