DescriptionThe Mold & Denbigh Junction Railway opened in 1869 to form a link between the Mold Railway and the Vale of Clwyd Railway. It was worked by the London & North Western Railway. There was a station at Bodfari (NPRN: 54008), Rhydymwyn (NRPN: 54004) and sidings at Bodfari for the Parington Steel and Iron Company. The railway closed in the early 1960s.
